Mauro Galluccio, Ph.D.

Dr. Mauro Galluccio is a psychologist and psychotherapist whose work stands at the intersection of clinical practice, human development, institutional and organizational contexts, and functioning under pressure in demanding personal and professional environments. Trained in cognitive behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Metacognitive Interpersonal Therapy (MIT), he combines scientific rigor, clinical depth, and a deeply human understanding of psychological suffering, resilience, and change.

He works with people facing stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, selfcriticism, perfectionism, emotional dysregulation, relational difficulties, trauma-related suffering, and more complex personality-related patterns. A significant part of his work is dedicated to burnout, psychological strain in the workplace, and the human challenges that arise in professional settings, including conflict, overload, responsibility, and leadership pressure.

 

His clinical approach has been shaped by formal training as well as mentorship within leading cognitive-behavioural, compassion-focused, and metacognitive-interpersonal traditions. He remains committed to ongoing professional development through advanced training, international congresses, and continuous engagement with scientific literature, and is currently writing a book on human performance and mental well-being.

 

Dr. Galluccio offers consultations in English, French, and Italian. He is known for providing a thoughtful, respectful, and psychologically safe space, grounded in strict professional ethics and in full respect for confidentiality, privacy, and professional secrecy..
